Dominic studied violin at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire under the tutorage of Susanne Stanzeleit. Dominic had the opportunity to work with, and receive coaching from a number of renowned chamber musicians including members of the Maggini Quartet, Lindsay Quartet and Eblana String Trio, which sparked his love for chamber music. He has received prizes for his duet work, as well as opportunities to take part in masterclasses working with musicians such as Leland Chen, Nathaniel Vallois and Tasmin Little.

After graduating, Dominic regularly performed in shows in London's West End as well as teaching privately and for Berkshire Music Service. Dominic now enjoys performing with  orchestras across Suffolk and Essex as well as taking on challenging repertoire with the quartets he plays with.
